Areas of Use and Features

It is a copper-coated gas-shielded (MIG/MAG) welding rod used in the welding of constructions, machinery, ships, tanks, boilers, pipes, thin sheets, car bodies, steel furniture, bodyworks, and metal parts made from unalloyed, general structural, and fine-grained steels, as well as in the automotive industry. The homogeneous and appropriately thick copper coating enhances electrical conductivity and increases the rod’s resistance to corrosion. It can be used at operating temperatures up to 400 °C.
